class csv(chump.objects.dataobjects.shp.shp):

define a CSV object. If the 'x' and 'y' columns are in the CSV, points will be created based on these coordinates. Most parameters for chump.objects.dataobjects.shp also work for chump.objects.dataobjects.csv.
